About Raintree Forest
Raintree Forest is like no other community in Brentwood, Tennessee. It was purposefully designed as a sanctuary for wildlife and homeowners alike, with many homes backing up to the woods. We're close to everything, but you wouldn't know it from the inside.

Deer and other animals walk the neighborhood undisturbed, while families enjoy biking, playing on the playgrounds, swimming, playing tennis, and walking their pets close by.

When we want excitement, we bring it! Food trucks visit our neighborhood on Friday evenings, community events bring neighbors together for holidays and other special celebrations, and we've been known to host a competitive and super fun chili cook-off from time to time!

We have a nice blend of original homeowners and newer families who moved to the area for Williamson County's top-rated public schools.

Crockett Park is less than 5 minutes away, and the trailhead our walking path connects with will lead you right to it.

We are a 10-minute drive to the heart of Brentwood, Cool Springs, and Interstate 65.
